Do I Need To Register Our Team?
YES! If you do not pre-register your team, you will not be able to compete. Your team can get the registration form at www.WorldTavernTrivia.com and click on any of the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP links.
Please be sure to complete the registration form and fax or mail it back to us no later than April 15!
How Many Team Member s Can Attend?
2 to 6 members can be on your team and each team member must be pre-registered by the
April 15th deadline. A valid driver’s license will be required at Tea Check in.
Should I Stay At Harrah’s?

Team Registration – Your team will check in, meet your Trivia Host, pick up your team badges, get your photo taken and given an overview of what to expect for the next 48 hours.
3:30pm – 4:00pm
Meet in Eden Lounge – We will begin by making introductions, going over the rules, answering questions, having a drink ? and more.
4:00pm – 7:00pm
World Tavern Trivia Game 1 – Similar to the nightly World Tavern Trivia games with 6 rounds and 2 Brain Freeze Challenge Rounds…but with an even more exciting format.
8:30pm - ?
Hanging out at Eden Lounge – Come back to Eden Lounge and relax while you watch the band and enjoy some great drink specials exclusive to World Tavern Trivia guests!

Meet at Eden Lounge – To go over the format and rules for THE AMAZING TRIVIA RACE.
10:00am – 1:30pm
The Amazing Trivia Race (Game 2) – Your team will be moving throughout the entire resort property to complete each of these 6 fun and exciting trivia rounds.
4:00pm – 7:00pm
World Tavern Trivia Game 3 – ALL POINTS ARE DOUBLED for the 3rd and Final Game, so even if you are not yet in the money, this is your chance to make a comeback!
8:30pm – Midnight
Get Lei’d Hawaiian Costume Party & Prize Presentations – We have so much planned for you at this party….it’s going to be a blast.
- Costume Contest – We are giving away prizes for the BEST HAWAIIAN COSTUME and the best TEAM HAWAIIAN COSTUMES! So pull out that old shirt and get ready!
- Hawaiian Themed Dinner – Harrah’s incredible chefs are going to put together a spread of food that will blow you away!
- Free Drinks – Your first 2 drinks are on World Tavern Trivia and after that Harrah’s is giving us incredible drink specials exclusive to World Tavern Trivia guests!
- $10,000 In Cash – That’s right, you won’t know who won the cash until you’ve had your dinner and consumed a couple of drinks…but then it’s money time!

What Else Do I Need To Know?
Travel Info – If your team is flying, there are 2 affordable options
- Air Tran – Air Tran is now flying to Atlantic City with some good rates, but be sure you can be in AC no later than 1pm so you have time to get to the hotel and get your team checked in.
- Philadelphia – The Philadelphia airport is only an hour and fifteen minutes from AC and very affordable to fly in to. From there you can take the train, though we recommend renting a car.
If you are driving…get a map
Hotel Check In – On a Sunday, hotel check in can be as late as 4pm. We are working on getting early check in…but if your room is not yet ready before the first game…you can leave your bags at the bell desk.
Get Ready To Have Fun – Remember, we are World TAVERN Trivia which means that we know how to have a good time…so we want you to get ready for that too!

What are our chances of winning some of that cash?
The chances of your team taking home some cash could be as high as 1 in 5! Those are some pretty good odds.
Why is the event on a Sunday/Monday?
Hotel room rates for Saturday Nights in Atlantic City can be upwards of $200/night and we want to make this an affordable event for you and your team.
What will the Trivia format be?
Very similar to your night World Tavern Trivia games. We will be sure that there are questions from all categories of varying difficulty levels. However get ready for a few small twists?.
Do I have to stay for the party?
Of course not, but you will be missing out on an incredibly fun time!
I get my room comped at Harrah’s so how can I get a ticket to the party or a t-shirt?
If you are comped at Harrah’s or choose not to stay there, Tickets to the party will be available at registration for $35 as well t-shirts for $15.
